The 2014 Taiwan Bitcoin Conference was held on the 7th of December at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance. Numerous bitcoin companies and sponsors attended the event. For over a year Taipei has held weekly meetups, the first being in November last year. The snowballing interest in cryptocurrencies in Taiwan was apparent by the conference’s turnout.
Bitcoin enthusiasts from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau were among the majority of attendants. Sfards joined its partner Speedtocoin, and brought news of its first offering: the world’s first 28nm dual miner.
After attending this conference, its clear that the Taiwanese cryptocurrency scene is developing quickly, and we will strive for the fastest release possible in order to get our products in the hands of Taiwanese hobbyists and investors.
